Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in the front of house as a cashier, in the drive-thru, or other areas as needed.
Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food and beverages.
Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
Keep the restaurant looking fantastic and connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
No experience required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and crew members.
