Insight Global Medical Biller/Follow Up Rep in Mount Laurel, New Jersey

Job Description

One of Insight Global's Revenue Cycle Management clients are looking for a Medical Biller/Follow Up Representative to join their team. This individual will work closely with the internal Payment Posting and AR Coding teams to ensure efficient billing practices. Responsibilities include following up on submitted claims for payment/monitoring unpaid claims, reporting and researching denial trends, ensuring claim payment issues are resolved, and EOB discrepancies.

Schedule: Fully onsite, M-F, 8-4PM, and will go hybrid after 90 days (3 days onsite)

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ year of professional medical billing/follow up experience

  • Knowledgeable of CPT codes and ICD-10 coding

  • Experienced with billing systems and/or EMR systems - EPIC experience

  • Medical Billing certification null
