Salary: $21 - $22 per hour

Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to play a crucial role in maintaining our customer operations at peak efficiency.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Provide routine customer service billing support including, but not limited to: explaining billing statements to customers, taking customer payments, handling collections issues and etc.payment methods and the processes involved with them.

• Process terminations and submit tickets

• Answering incoming phone calls, emails and mail along with any additional internal requests

Here's what you'll need to interview:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of Call Center experience (required)

• Experience w/ Microsoft Excel
