Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in the repair and maintenance of stamping presses, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality of safety features, performing equipment setup and adjustments, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and the flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
Ensure all safety, failsafe, and ergonomic features are functional.
Mechanical/electrical setup and adjustments of equipment before production.
Perform assigned preventive and scheduled maintenance on all equipment and machinery.
Correct equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdowns and repair/replace parts, motors, and control devices as needed.
Perform the installation, start-up, and tryout of all new manufacturing and plant equipment and systems.
Fabricate and repair equipment using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
Update and keep accurate records of machine programs, maintenance records, safety, and machine performance.
Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Continuously improve equipment to make it as safe and efficient as possible.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Interpret and comprehend safety, operating, and maintenance documents and procedures.
Obtain and retain Industrial Powered Lift Truck certification.
Obtain and retain Overhead Crane certification.
Obtain and retain Lock Out/Tag Out Authorization certification.
Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure delivery requirements.
Lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
Meet or exceed the job requirements.
Work overtime (daily, weekends, and holidays) as needed.
Essential Skills
5+ years of repair on stamping presses (Minister).
Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting (pumps, motors, valves).
Experience with 480V / 3 phase motors.
Preventative maintenance.
Knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatics.
Blueprint reading.
Schematic reading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Robotic troubleshooting (Fanuc and mixture of other robots).
PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradleys).
Welding & fabrication.

Work Environment
This role requires working in a typical stamping facility, which can be loud and not the cleanest but is functional. The facility includes six buildings, and the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all of them, including presses (100-600 ton Progressive), Mig Welding Machines, and Orbit Forming machines. The second shift operates from 2 PM to 10 PM/12 AM, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00
Benefits once direct. Lots of work from Toyota, weekly OT.
Getting some new work for GM coming in, but Toyota is keeping them busy
