A well known industry leader in manufacturing is looking for some highly enthusiastic assemblers to work on 3rd shift. Looking for a established candidate that is looking to hone in on their industrial maintenance technician abilities to drive the industry forward. Candidates must be comfortable working independantly.
salary: $54,808 - $64,646 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 11 PM - 8 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs controls, drives, electronic motor devices, sensors, pumps, ovens, industrial machinery, conduit systems, & emergency lighting systems
Builds Trust: Consistently models & inspires integrity in decisions, speech, & actions
Executes for Results: Effectively leverages resources to create exceptional outcomes, embraces change, and constructively resolves barriers and constraints
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs following a scheduled PM program and as needed to keep the plant operational
Troubleshoot; routinely inspect equipment and electro-pneumatic controls as necessary on automated equipment
Knowledge of gas burner systems is beneficial
Report to Maintenance Manager on equipment condition and status as necessary
Install all new equipment including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, electronic, and computer systems
Overtime Work, as necessary, including on other shifts as well as being on call during periods
Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing equipment to perform maintenance activities
Maintain a clean work environment
Reduce machine downtime; improve throughput and overall performance of machines
Maintain/build preventative maintenance schedules by thoroughly documenting all issues, repairs, parts used, recommendations, etc
Meets established expectations and takes responsibility for achieving results; encourages others to do the same
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 100lbs
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
