Job Summary
Novant Health Surry Medical Associates-Westlake is currently recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their practice located in Mount Airy, NC. The practice has been providing care for 25 years. The office is open Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-5 pm providing comprehensive outpatient care for patients from birth through adulthood. Average patient panel is anticipated to be 20 per day, per provider. Lab and x-ray services are done on-site.

The Virginia state line is a short drive and the Piedmont Triad Airport is only 30 minutes away offering many direct flight options. With the New River State Park nearby, the picturesque community offers some of the best sites for camping, hiking, fishing, wildlife and birdwatching, as well as golfing and motorcycle touring. Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
Completion of an accredited residency program required
For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current MD license in appropriate state
board certification or eligibility
current DEA license required
