RICH PRODUCTS CORP General Laborer -2nd Shift in Motley, Minnesota
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Places product on conveyor belts, in pouches, on boards or on freezer trays. Weigh fish for correct ounce size. Trim product with knife according to SOP. Pin-bone product (make sure there are no bones in product). Packages fresh or fresh frozen fish to be shipped or stored for further processing. Folds and prepares shipping and customer boxes by hand. Tapes, labels, and palletizes boxes for shipping or storage. Cleans machines as required. Completes documentation needed for traceability.
