Job Title: Site Safety and Health OfficerJob Description

Join our team as a Site Safety and Health Officer to oversee safety operations at a large-scale industrial manufacturing facility project in Moses Lake, WA. In this vital role, you will collaborate with the general contractor and work alongside two other safety officers to supervise a crew of 100 employees. The project is currently in its mechanical phase, focusing on metal steel erection followed by the installation of piping and mechanical equipment. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by implementing and overseeing safety and health policies, ensuring compliance with occupational standards, and actively participating in project safety measures.

Hard Skills

  • 7-10 years' experience in site safety

  • Experience in ground-up construction

  • Experience as an active safety officer during structural steel, concrete, and mechanical installation work

Soft Skills

  • Safety oversight

  • Project safety management

  • Implementation of safety requirements

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Moses Lake, Washington.

Work Environment

The work environment involves both indoor and outdoor settings in Moses Lake, WA. Candidates should be prepared for extreme temperatures during summer and winter.
