Job Title: Site Safety and Health OfficerJob Description
Join our team as a Site Safety and Health Officer to oversee safety operations at a large-scale industrial manufacturing facility project in Moses Lake, WA. In this vital role, you will collaborate with the general contractor and work alongside two other safety officers to supervise a crew of 100 employees. The project is currently in its mechanical phase, focusing on metal steel erection followed by the installation of piping and mechanical equipment. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by implementing and overseeing safety and health policies, ensuring compliance with occupational standards, and actively participating in project safety measures.
Hard Skills
7-10 years' experience in site safety
Experience in ground-up construction
Experience as an active safety officer during structural steel, concrete, and mechanical installation work
Soft Skills
Safety oversight
Project safety management
Implementation of safety requirements
