Stryker Logistics Specialist in Moscow, Russia

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with carriers and collaborate effectively with internal teams

  • Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods to customers and internal orders, ensuring accurate data is provided to Finance for sales recognition

  • Monitor delivery dates and proactively implement improvements to enhance logistics efficiency

  • Process and follow up on customer complaints to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction

  • Assist during audits by collecting and submitting requested documents within established deadlines

  • Manage document archiving related to order processing and shipments for easy retrieval and compliance

  • Collaborate with warehouses to arrange consolidated shipments and ensure smooth operations

  • Provide necessary information for customs clearance and issue shipping-related documents in the local ERP system

What you need:

Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent market experience in logistics or a related field

  • Proficiency in Russian and strong English communication skills

Preferred:

  • Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP systems

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Experience or familiarity with EDI invoicing and customs processes
