rrPosition Summary:

rThe Residential Operations Coordinator is an essential component in the success of Housing and Residence Life. Key components of the position include collaborating with campus partners and providing overall leadership within the realm of daily operations and renewal projects. The Residential Operations Coordinator reports to and supports the Associate Director of Housing Operations and Campus Services.

Duties may include:

  • Communicate and work collaboratively with various stakeholders on campus
  • Process billing statements
  • Inventory processes
  • Develop financial reports
  • Manage projects and programs
  • Administrative tasks
  • Maintain records
  • Other duties as assigned

rrMinimum Qualifications:

r

  • High school diploma or equivalent

{=html} <!-- --> - Providing administrative guidance within area of responsibility, providing direct training and supervision as needed - Developing, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers - Interpreting and applying laws, rules, regulations, and safety programs

rrPreferred Qualifications:

r

  • Experience in facility management/administration
  • Ability to plan, direct, and evaluate a complex operation, using human resource power, time, funds, and other resources for the accomplishment of organizational policies, activities and long-term and short-term goals of the organization
  • General knowledge of carpentry, commercial building maintenance and mechanical systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbally and in written communication

  • Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 25 pounds on occasion
  • Ability to bend, stoop and reach frequently
