JOB DESCRIPTION\ Work under the direction of the ESL teacher to provide instruction to students. Responsibilities include but are not limited to attending training in order to assist with the WIDA Screener and the ACCESS 2.0 assessments and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere while working with students 2-4 times each week in small groups for each grade level or grade-level clusters (grades K-5) with the purpose of instructing students on vocabulary development, reading comprehension, phonics including phonemic awareness, writing skills, and cultural enrichment.\ \ \ \
