Summary:

The Emergency Services Technician is a member of the health care team who performs direct and indirect patient care tasks under the direction of a RN.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Essential:

• HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

Education equivalent experience:

Essential:

• Required - High School or Equivalent

Credentials:

Essential:

• Paramedic

• Basic Life Support

• ACLS

Nonessential:

• Pediatric Advanced Life Suppor

Credential equivalent experience:

Essential:

• Required - Paramedic; Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - ACLS (Cardiovascular); Preferred - PALS (Pediatric)

• Required - Paramedic; Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - ACLS (Cardiovascular); Preferred - PALS (Pediatric)

• Required - Paramedic; Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - ACLS (Cardiovascular); Preferred - PALS (Pediatric)
