Mobile Communications America Sales Support Specialist in Morrisville, North Carolina

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to support our fast-growing MSS division .

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Receive and manage quote requests from channel partners.

  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure quotes are accurate and competitive.

  • Communicate effectively with channel partners to clarify requirements and provide timely updates.

  • Utilize HubSpot CRM software to log and track quote details and follow-up actions.

  • Support channel partners through the sales process, from quote to closure.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

  • Meet processing and response time targets to contribute to sales team efficiency.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance quote accuracy and conversion rates.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple quote requests simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.

Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
