Description and Requirements

As a member of our newly formed Worldwide Channel Analytics team, you will work extensively with our Worldwide sales org, leadership, developers, internal & external data providers and channel partners. You will be recognized as an expert using your skills to coordinate the development of tools and business management systems (BMS) to enable our leadership, sales communities, and other business stakeholders to make decisions on how to position and sell our solutions as easily as possible.

You will ensure that data is presented in a meaningful, crisp, and trusted way for any of our stakeholders. This is a key role in delivering our vision for the future of Lenovo’s channel business. You will work across multiple teams in Worldwide, Geo and country level across business units, sales orgs, channel teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define the strategy and processes for future International Sales Organization (ISO) Channel Business Operations.

  • Define and implement the ISO BMS Strategy.

  • Ensure the BMS alignment between GEOs and BGs. Lead to harmonization and standardization.

  • Identify the BMS audience and cooperate to finetune the objectives.

  • Coordinate with Channel Operations R&R between different stakeholders

  • Create a Standard Global Platform for Channel measure of success

  • Understand the strategic intent of the organization and identify the data flows that will support the strategic decisions as well and data exchange with the Channel ecosystem.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Identify the Channel Operations framework: Scope, Strategy, Tasks, R&R.

  • Defining the Reporting requirements and Analyzing data for ISO Performance vs. Critical Roles.

  • Opportunity or Risks discovery thru data analytics.

  • Facilitate an executive Level reporting on GEO Performance related to OL.

  • Own the ISO Playbook(s) and blueprints.

  • Cooperate with the Channel Program design team, GEOs and WW MI team in order to provide the most relevant analytics, in a timely and appropriate level of accuracy manner

Basic Requirements:

  • Master’s degree, university degree, bachelor or equivalent in Finance or Business administration

  • 8 + years of experience in a Business Planning, Strategic development, or business management roles

Preferred Requirements:

  • Solid planning, analytical and soft skills, being able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills

  • Being a real game-changer, who will proactively identify issues and appropriate escalation paths, with mitigation and strategies for resolution.

  • Strategic planning and long-term vision while execution on short term plans

  • Strong communication skills and perseverance to collaborate and influence buy in and support across Lenovo Channel sales team and channel partners.

  • Project Management capabilities to drive continuous model improvement

  • Keeping the right balance between Internal and External customers, being the key reference leader for the model, both internally and externally.
