Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is a technical owner for the operational health of our cloud infrastructure. As the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our AWS & Azure cloud infrastructure. This requires a deep understanding of our regulatory compliance, particularly in the context of GXP (Good Practices) and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act). This role will develop the overall support function and tactical roadmap for Catalent cloud infrastructure.
The Role:
Design, implement, and manage Azure and AWS infrastructure solutions for a multi-national enterprise
Understand L2/L3 networking and how to integrate Azure and AWS with on-premises environments; IP-SEC tunnels, SD-WAN and MPLS connectivity
Orchestrate solutions delivery by partnering with global solutions architects and operational IT teams to meet the infrastructure development needs of an enterprise
Facilitate and collaborate to deliver business value by providing support to the project management office, business relationship managers and application owners throughout the solution’s life cycle
Design and develop cloud solutions using AWS and Azure services and tools
Implement and manage cloud security, governance, and compliance policies and standards
Transform legacy systems into modern, automated, role based systems
25% travel expectations (domestic & international)

The Candidate:
High School Diploma, required - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in information, preferred; Certifications in AWS and Azure are preferred
5+ years of experience in cloud solution design, cloud IT operations and/or cloud IT support
Experience working in a managed service provider environment
Experience with AWS VPC, EC2, Security Groups, CloudWatch, and S3; Experience with Azure ExpressRoute, Azure Monitor, Azure IAM, and Azure Active Directory
Experience with Ansible, Tenable, ServiceNow, CMDB, VCenter, etc
Experience with Intune and Mobile platforms
Experience in cloud migrations, bi-direction migrations between on-premise and cloud
Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
