Description and Requirements

The VP ISO NA US Corporate Sales is seeking a high potential, top performer for this position: requiring a professional demeanor, excellent communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work on a wide range of tasks and strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff (COS) is a critically important role, enabling the VP to work more effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This highly strategic and facilitative role requires a combination of focus and flexibility as well as a willingness to play an active, operational and communicative role.

As the VPs ‘trusted counsel', the role requires strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. This position will report directly to the VP, US Corporate Sales Client Relationship.

Responsibilities:

  • Build/run the BMS across all Corporate Sales segments (R&D, ACQ, Healthcare) and key product categories to keep a pulse on the business and track activities and results.

  • Work with segment and Category leaders on the NA Campaign and business planning process

  • Work with finance on financial milestones: Monthly financial commits (M-calls, POR calls),

  • Directly manage the process of identifying, prioritizing, chartering, communicating, and managing key strategic projects.

  • Organize day to day activities with the VP, US Corporate Sales, including but not limited to tracking business progress towards targets, follow-up on key initiatives, prepare presentations to customers, executives, external and internal audience, and preparation for key internal and external meetings, including Sales Leadership recurring meetings, QBR’s and other strategic meetings.

  • Govern the strategic STAMP planning process for ISO NA US Corporate Client Relationship working cross-functionally to communicate the process, key milestones, and consolidate information.

  • Act as a change agent for business transformation initiatives and tools that further optimize our end-to-end business execution and performance.

  • Conduct market and financial analysis as needed to supportGEOprojects and business initiatives.

  • Track key strategic actions and drive them to closure.

  • Drive US Corporate Client Relationship organizational elements, including agenda topics for weekly team meetings, quarterly All-Hands meetings, Kickoff gatherings. Also key to helping coordinate team gatherings and other culture-building initiatives across the US Corporate Client Relationship organization.

  • Create, direct and support the, VP ISO NA Corporate Client Relationship, with ad-hoc projects and key strategic initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience
