Continental Customer Service Representative in Morristown, Tennessee

Core Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will follow and execute the tactical and strategic plans for the respective customers through communication and broad market knowledge.

  • Responsible for translating the plant’s purchasing strategy into action plans and ensuring implementation

  • You will be responsible for the support in receiving necessary documentation and approvals from customers, maintain accurate account information, and support management of receivables and overdue

  • Responsible for ensuring clear and timely communication with customers via email/phone etc. on inquires, orders, product quality, delivery, product availability, pricing, and any other questions that may arise

  • Responsible and managing escalating issues including disputes, quality problems, cost issues, or problems respecting time

  • Responsible for processing all product/trade sale orders and communicating with the Supply Chain Management team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma and or GED

  • 1+ years of customer service experience

  • Must be able to work in an industrial environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa or other sponsorship now or in the future

  • No relocation provided for this role
