Support the execution of equipment/systems qualifications and validation protocols at multi-use sites through interaction with internal customers and external service providers. Develop written procedures for calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems. Support calibration, equipment qualification and system validation activities. Develop validation/qualification deliverables such as Validation Plans, Requirements Specifications, Traceability Matrices, Summary Reports, Change Controls. Support laboratoryequipment/systems implementation projects including scheduling, procurement, site prep, installation, qualification, and turn over to business area. Maintain all qualified equipment/systems in compliance with policies, guidelines and validation procedures/protocols. Regularly review, prioritize, and promptly respond to customer equipment qualification/system validation and support requests. Provide guidance and support on calibration and equipment qualification issues. Interface with customers to ensure all expectations are being met. Experience must include: HP Quality Center, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Ellab Validation System, Kaye Validator, BMRAM, Veera Vault.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering (Any) or related with 6 months of relevant experience in job offered or as a Computer/Engineering Professional. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable.
