Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Physician Assistant for a Great Opportunity in New Jersey
Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our Head and Neck surgery team at the Leonard B. Kahn Institute for Head & Neck Cancer, located at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center at Morristown Medical Center. This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity to work in a renowned medical center and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. Training or experience in head and neck surgery is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
Preferably, the candidate should have experience as an OR First Assist and be familiar with surgical inpatient care. In addition to clinical and technical proficiency, strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities are essential. Your ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues will contribute to the provision of comprehensive and compassionate care. We offer schedule flexibility to ensure a healthy work-life balance. The selected PA will be expected to work four days per week with one holiday per year required.

Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
ACLS and BLS certification required
Minimum 1-2 years of surgery experience preferred
Preferred experience as an OR First Assist
Experience in surgical inpatient and outpatient care
Must have excellent communication and computer skills
Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
