Main Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in guiding CHC's strategic choices by delivering key insights from our innovation pipeline.

  • Oversee and analyze the CHC Innovation Pipeline, identifying trends, opportunities, and providing actionable insights to Global and Regional Innovation Committees.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Supply teams to deliver robust and consistent innovation forecasts, aligning them with organizational objectives.

  • Drive portfolio optimization, focusing on maximizing opportunities and scaling "Bigger and Bolder" innovation projects.

  • Work closely with the Innovation Forecast lead to ensure all key innovations comply with organizational standards and that systems accurately reflect outputs

  • Conduct monthly reviews of innovation launch success, deriving insights to inform future strategies.

  • Improve and manage cloud visualization tools to enhance organizational access to portfolio insights.

  • Partner with internal and external data science teams to refine data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Assist project managers and financial teams in gathering and interpreting data on past launches and performance metrics.

  • Develop innovation frameworks and processes in close partnership with Global Head of Innovation and Portfolio Manager.

About You

  • 4+ years’ experience in portfolio management, Innovation projects from design to launch.

  • Demonstrated leadership, business ownership, influence & storytelling, collaboration & agile, technical & business fluency, data-driven culture, rigor. Commitment to fostering a data-driven culture, emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience in Project Management skills including how to plan, execute and oversee innovation projects efficiently. Familiarity with internal innovation pipeline tools is a plus. Experience in data analysis and interpretation, particularly in synthesizing complex information into actionable insights. Proficiency in Office Suite and Power BI.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business/marketing or quantitative discipline (e.g., market research, economics, statistics, data science, finance) is preferred. Master’s degree in business/marketing or a quantitative discipline with strong analytics applications is a plus.
