Manufacturing Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our plant-based team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to support operations and ensure customer satisfaction. At STEELSTACK, we focus on safety, adaptability, and modular design to meet the changing needs of our clients. Join us to help improve storage efficiency and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Initiate and manage order processes, ensuring timely creation and dispatch of invoices, and confirming payment processing with both clients and accounting.

  • Project Coordination: Liaise with the production team post-kickoff to ensure all project aspects, including lead times, shipping schedules, and customizations, meet customer expectations.

  • Timeline Verification: Verify production schedules and timelines and communicate critical activities such as shipping and project milestones to relevant stakeholders.

  • Client Communication: Manage all post-sale communications, including milestone updates, payment acknowledgements, product inquiries, and installation and delivery preparations.

  • Post-Delivery Support: Handle all post-delivery aspects, including addressing installation issues, product-related questions, post-sale follow-ups, and conducting customer surveys/reengagements.

  • Reporting: Track STEELSTACK brand metrics and generate reports for sales and production teams.

    Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with an exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communicator capable of effectively interacting with customers and internal teams across various departments.

  • Accountability: Proven ability to hold production teams accountable to schedules and quality standards.

  • Sales Experience: Experience in inside sales and account management is a plus.

  • Motivation: Committed and motivated towards growing the SteelStack brand.

  • Self-Starter: Demonstrates a desire to grow personally and contribute to a key division within a growing company.

  • Experience: At least four years of post-school experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to navigate with minimal direction and reduced visibility.
