BAYADA Home Health Care Caregiver Personal Care - Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in Morris Plains, New Jersey

Base Pay: $18 - $19/ hour

Daytime/ Evening Shifts available

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) the following benefits:

  • Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

  • Minimum one year work references in any type of field. - "Newly certified welcome"

  • Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • No license? We offer Home Health Aide Certification courses

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

  • Activities of daily living

  • Light housekeeping

  • Grooming

  • Toileting

  • Range of motion / exercises

  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

  • Oral feeding

  • Bathing

  • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

  • Assisting with ambulation

  • Medication assistance
