A Typical Day
The Data and Analytics Manager will lead a team of analysts to support the Data, Reporting, and Analytical needs for Mortgage Operations. As the Analytics Manager , you will be responsible for developing solutions for clients and establishing processes and measurement protocols.
The Data and Analytics Manager will :
Lead and manage cross functional projects as an analytics expert to ensure projects are aligned with the company strategy when developing solutions for our clients
Develop, implement, and manage policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk related to information management and provisioning
Analyze historical portfolio and industry trends that assist with the creation of predictive models that forecast performance
Perform time series analyses and forecasts based on seasonality, trend, and cyclicality
Oversee the tracking/reporting of client data on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to assess business performance and recommend related strategies
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline
5+ years of relevant, professional work experience in an agency environment
Fluent in using Microsoft Excel for data transformation, analysis, and presentation
Financial services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience strongly preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

$75,000 - $130,000
