Pay starting at $17.25/hr +$5/hr for all Saturday shifts worked! Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at our Moorhead Downtown Office, you'll be providing exceptional customer service, assisting with financial transactions, and offering a wide range of services. You'll also guide customers on how to effectively utilize our products and services to achieve their financial goals. Schedule: Monday to Friday: 2PM-6:15PM Rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM-12:15PM +$5/hr for all Saturday shifts worked! Essential Functions: Open new accounts, educate customers on available services/products. Utilize customer interactions to suggest additional services or programs. Manage and balance cash drawer, reporting discrepancies to supervisor. Address basic customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, while adhering to regulations and privacy policies. Demonstrate "Brilliant at the Basics" customer service skills, fostering productive relationships. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Prior customer service, cash handling, and/or sales experience preferred Detail-oriented with high accuracy in transaction processing Ready to bring the excitement?
