Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Sales & Enablement Lead Business Analyst.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

Job Summary

The Sales & Enablement Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT function, leveraging business analysis tools and techniques used to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

The ideal candidates will have knowledge in business analysis tools and techniques in enterprise-wide process, technology transformations and Salesforce.com implementations. The idea candidate has experience with Customer Relationship Management platforms. The candidate ideally will hold one or more Salesforce certifications and has delivered projects in an agile/scrum methodology.

The Business Analyst is responsible for business analysis planning; requirements elicitation; requirements management and communication; requirements analysis and validation for medium and large projects; estimation of BA work and meeting estimates; testing scenarios and script development; and guiding customers through user acceptance testing. All of this work is expected to be performed in alignment with the Eaton PROLaunch project management process standards.

  • This Hybrid role requires working on-site 3 days a week.

Job Responsibilities:

Will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT function to evaluate existing business processes within an organization. Leveraging expertise in business analysis, they identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas for improvement that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

The Business Analyst will evaluate, design and implement Salesforce.com solutions based on business processes and desired capabilities

Will work closely with Business Owners, Developers, Architects and Salesforce.com End Users. The project/ initiatives could consist of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Partner Relationship Management, Manufacturing Cloud and/or overall Customer Relationship Management.

The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce implementations including:

A. Business Analysis Planning: Assist in planning the business analysis approach, deliverables, and planning estimates for medium projects (runners, minor and major repeaters)

B. Requirements Elicitation: Conduct requirements gathering activities (brainstorming, focus groups, interviews, observation, prototyping, workshops), with guidance as needed, and document the results requirements for small or runner projects.

C. Requirements Management & Communication: Assist in ensuring that requirements meet the business objectives and solution design; and ensure requirements are communicated and presented in a format that are understandable to stakeholders, including solutions designers and developers.

D. Requirements Analysis: Assist in analyzing, prioritizing and organizing requirements to ensure efforts focus on the most critical needs, and model requirements to demonstrate process and/or solution function.

E. Validation: Coordinate the approach and development of use cases and test scenarios with the customer to ensure user acceptance testing is complete and validates that project requirements have been achieved.

F. The Business Analyst is self-managed and has the ability to estimate project work, define business requirements planning & approach, plan, facilitate requirement education workshops, interviews, able to prepare and lead UAT, scripts and testing.

G. Solution Assessment: Review and evaluate IT solution designs to ensure the proposed solution meets the business requirements.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Corporate IT projects.

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce projects.

• Must have at least one of the following completed/ valid Salesforce certification(s) : Salesforce Certified Business Analyst ; Salesforce Certified Administrator ; Salesforce Certified AI ; Salesforce Certified Data Architect ; Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect .

• Only candidates currently living within a 50-mile radius of posted geographical areas will be considered for this role .

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Assist in planning the business analysis approach, deliverables, and planning estimates for medium projects.

• Assist in ensuring that requirements meet the business objectives and solution design; and ensure requirements are communicated and presented in a format that are understandable to stakeholders, including solutions designers and developers.

• Assist in analyzing, prioritizing and organizing requirements to ensure efforts focus on the most critical needs, and model requirements to demonstrate process and/or solution function.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This position will often work with other business analysts, project managers and business teams on a regular basis.

• Good team-oriented interpersonal skills. Assists with facilitation sessions, may require some coaching on how to lead and influence others, and to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people.

• Good team player, self-motivated and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
