Eaton Corporation Regional Human Resources Manager, North American Sales in Moon Township, Pennsylvania

Eaton’s North American Sales Division is currently seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team for the Northeast region. This Hybrid role is located in Moon Township, PA. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates outside of a 50-mile radius of this location. The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,075.03 - $176,110.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all HR-related functions and requirements for the region. Supporting the sales leaders, the Human Resources Manager will provide HR strategy and support to the northeast region across various sales verticals and functions. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to expertise in the areas of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance and Talent Management, and Coaching. The HR Manager will be responsible for coaching and guiding senior sales leaders in the region to influence culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve organizational effectiveness. This role will have visibility and interaction with the Division Leadership Team and is a leader of people.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Be a driving force in ensuring a strong and committed culture of learning, transparency, ethics, passion, accountability, and efficiency.

• Drive positive employee relations to provide an optimal work environment for all employees. Effectively deploy communication plans and utilize assessment tools (e.g. the employee survey) to determine organizational issues and action plans.

• Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes including acquisition, assessment, performance management and employee development.

• Manage and develop employee compensation/reward and recognition programs, including benchmarking with Eaton and external marketplace.

• Support workforce planning through planning headcount, manning levels, and recruitment.

• Introduce & implement HR policies & procedures, including performance management processes, in accordance with Eaton standards.

• Provide leadership guidance and mentoring. Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change.

• Promote Safety & Continuous Improvement Culture.

• Understands and considers all applicable legal implications when making business decisions and protect the organization by ensuring compliance with all labor laws.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master’ degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).

• Experience in the sales or manufacturing industry.
