Description:
Our client will be replacing their homegrown, financial systems and implementing an end to end Oracle ERP cloud solution. They are looking for instructional designers to partner and pay close attention to agency requirements and scope the learning needs analysis as well as other various tasks. These instructional designers will develop the proposed training and learning curriculum, reference guides, web-based trainings, and step by step navigation assistance. This is a client facing role and will be actively reviewing and workshopping the documents.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have previous instructional design experience and participated in an Oracle Financials ERP implementation from start to finish. Candidates must be agile/scrum certified. OGL certification and familiarity with 508 Accessibility Guidelines is nice to have.
This role is onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, remote on Monday and Friday.
