Robert Half International Digital Product Manager in Montvale, New Jersey
Identify areas of opportunity to improve and enhance digital experiences to drive greater customer
satisfaction and sales with a focus on company's, color tools, and mobile applications
Serve as the primary point person on Marketing Technology (MarTech) assessment and implementation
Work with UX and technology partners/teams to implement products and solutions that are usable and can
be socialized and concept tested with audience members
Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry best practices to identify opportunities to create
innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences
Uses analytics to monitor product KPIs and ensure success metrics are being met, identifies opportunities
for testing and product enhancements based on results
Assist in the creation and development of product and feature roadmaps.
Align efforts across product teams, prioritizing as necessary, and driving/facilitating execution to maintain
focus and appropriate momentum
Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product stakeholders, other Product
Managers, user experience and technology teams to facilitate successful feature implementation
Identify and lead resolution of processes and problems in a timely fashion to negate or minimize business
Communicate web release updates to marketing, field sales and call center teams
Monitor all digital property issues reported; perform analysis to provide the scope of the issue; author
business requirements/acceptance criteria; and partner with execution teams to resolve issues
Regularly update product development documentation and workflow processes

Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in computer science or other technical field degree preferred
5+ years of related ecommerce, and product management for mobile and applications development
Demonstrated ability to inspire people and motivate teams
Strong project management skills. Must possess the ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize
detailed tasks and timelines leveraging agile methodologies
Exceptional storytelling skills and strong user experience sensibilities
Strong experience with analytics and user research to drive decisions
Able to quickly develop and understand current processes, drive process improvements, work effectively
with multiple stakeholders
Self-starter with strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving and negotiating skills.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications and presentation skills
Experience defining, building, and implementing a Direct to Consumer eCommerce platform a plus
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
Experience with VSTS, Google Docs, Confluence is a plus
