JOB DESCRIPTION - Pitch Crew Lead

Title: Pitch Crew Lead Reports To: Pitch Lead FLSA: Non-Exempt, Hourly Status: Full Time Supervisory Responsibility: Not Applicable

Purpose of the Role: Provide excellent in-field customer service and be the face of Secret Creek. Lead and Assist with the Construction and Installation of Company structures on client sites. Become knowledgeable and capable of every task in the process of installing and delivering yurts, tents and tipis. Essential Functions of the Role: 1. Customer Service Interacting with customers face to face. Traveling in and out of state regularly to customers' personal properties and businesses. Answering questions and providing customers with any and all information possible, to better their experience and further their knowledge of the product Display appropriate attitude and attire, on and off the clock, when in the field and representing Secret Creek. 2. Field Requirements Employees in the field must be prepared for inclement weather, with proper attire. Always wear the appropriate PPE for the task at hand that is provided by the company Employees must be available to work uncommon hours, often times into late evenings. Sometimes 12 hours or more. The employee must understand all safety regulations. Safety training will be provided by Colorado Yurt Company and signed by the employee. 3. And any other tasks as deemed by business needs and management.

Decision Making Authority: Issues or concerns regarding customer service or faulty product are to be resolved with guidance of the Fleet lead, Managers, President or CEO. Items related to new product or process development are to be referred to the appropriate Managers, Fleet lead, President or CEO.

Working Relationships: Internal: Fleet Lead, President, Production Manager. External: All prior and new customers. Work Schedule: Full Time Physical Environment: Employees in the field must be prepared for inclement weather and high altitude. Also be prepared for potentially dangerous and stressful driving conditions.

Physical Demands: Ability to do heavy lifting and carrying. Employee must also be prepared for traveling for long periods of time in a motor vehicle or by air travel. Mental Demands: Employee must be able to work as a team, coordinate around inclement weather, including appropriate lunches and breaks. Employee must be able to plan accordingly to make efficient on time deliveries.

Qualifications for this Role: Valid Driver's License and clean MVR Must be able to operate basic hand and power tools. Must have adequate customer service skills. Listening skills, ability to ask questions and clear verbalization. Need to effectively prioritize and manage time. Ability to work independently and lead the team. Pay Scale/Salary Range: $20 - $25 per hour
