The role we are offering you:
You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in the management and execution of data management projects. With the help of PowerBi , you will participate in improving the organization's visibility on the performance of its processes and key indicators.
Your role will include :
Helping managers understand business issues where data plays a key role.
Propose and implement solutions Power Bi to address them.
Train users and develop the tool to make it as appropriate as possible.
You will benefit from the support of your peers in a multidisciplinary team to develop your skills in the practical management of data management projects.
We are looking for a candidate who enjoys working independently, able to show initiative, and has strong analytical and conceptual skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and above all, a team player
Are you prepared to:
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their needs and provide them with relevant analyses .
Collect and cleanse data from various sources (databases, Excel files, APIs, etc.).
Design and develop data models in Power BI
Set up interactive dashboards and customized reports
Create clear and effective visualizations to meet user needs
Our ideal candidate has :
Knowledge of SQL
Mastery of Power BI and/or advanced knowledge of Excel
Good understanding of financial issues
Understanding of database and data warehouse concepts
Rigor and organization
Curiosity and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Creativity and ability to find innovative solutions
Preferred E ducation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress, preferably in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance or other related field
Location of the internship is Montréal.
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years .
