You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.

  • Execute the strategy for the customer

  • Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).

  • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

  • In this role you will be working with the Alternative Channels division specifically focused on Convenience & Gas Banner retail customers (Quebec and Ontario based accounts)

  • This role will be based in Montreal, Quebec

  • You'll be an energetic individual who is action-oriented and has a strong track record at delivering key metrics including but not limited to Net Revenue, Gross Profit, Market Share, and Forecast Accuracy.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business related fields is preferred

Job specific requirements:

  • Must be fully bilingual / English & French

  • Minimum 5+ years of Account Management experience in Consumer Packaged Goods segment

  • Experience managing convenience retailers is an asset (for example 7-Eleven, Circle K etc.)

  • Experience within Confectionery or Snacking categories is an asset

  • Experience within Retail / Field Sales is an asset

  • Experience within Merchandising, POG, or Insights is an asset

Travel requirements:

  • Travel within the Quebec / Atlantic provinces with some travel to Toronto

  • Potential travel to USA or International for possible Industry event or customer event

Work schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Éducation/Certifications:

  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine lié à celui des affaires est préférable

Exigences spécifiques à l’emploi :

  • Doit être complètement bilingue (anglais et français)

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de comptes dans le segment des biens de consommation emballés

  • Expérience dans la gestion des détaillants de proximité (dépanneurs) est un atout (par exemple 7-Eleven, Circle K, etc.)

  • Expérience dans le domaine de la confiserie ou des collations est un atout

  • Expérience dans la vente au détail ou sur le terrain est un atout

  • Expérience en Marchandisage, POG, ou Insights est un atout

Exigences de voyage :

  • Déplacements dans les provinces du Québec et de l'Atlantique avec quelques déplacements à Toronto

  • Déplacements possibles aux États-Unis ou à l'étranger pour des événements de l'industrie ou des clients.
