Aperçu du poste

À titre de directeur du recrutement, vos responsabilités comprendront :

  • Le développement de notre réseau de clients ainsi que la recherche de nouvelles occasions d'affaires;

  • La promotion de nos services lors de rencontres téléphoniques ou en personne avec d’anciens ou de nouveaux clients;

  • Le recrutement et le placement de professionnels de la finance et de la comptabilité dans des postes permanents à temps partiel ou à temps plein auprès de nos clients;

  • L’offre d’un excellent service aux clients et aux candidats;

  • Le mentorat des candidats et le suivi de leur candidature pour divers mandats;

  • L’implication au sein d’associations commerciales de l'industrie afin de renforcer notre présence dans la communauté financière et comptable locale.

Qualifications:

  • Posséder une grande confiance en soi, d’excellentes aptitudes en communication et en résolution de problèmes et un sens aigu de l'urgence;

  • Diplôme universitaire en finance ou en comptabilité. (Maîtrise en administration des affaires ou titre comptable - un atout);

  • Bilinguisme (bonnes connaissances du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit);

  • Expérience de 2 ans dans le domaine publique/de la comptabilité/de la finance et/ou une expérience pertinente en placement permanent de personnel;

  • Connaissance pratique du système d'exploitation Windows actuel et de la suite Microsoft Office (en particulier Excel);

  • Être persévérant et savoir mettre son expérience en finance/en comptabilité/en recrutement au service de la croissance de la compagnie.
