Overview
The Buildings & General Services (BGS) team is seeking a VTBuys Business Systems Administrator to manage Vermont\'s e-procurement platform.
In this role, the Administrator will oversee system integrations, resolve user issues, analyze performance metrics, and provide guidance on system enhancements. Daily responsibilities will involve collaborating with agencies and vendors, configuring system functionalities, and leading training efforts. The Administrator will also handle testing for system upgrades, troubleshoot vendor and customer concerns, and maintain data integrity.
