ManpowerGroup Production Worker Finishing in Monticello, Indiana
Our client is seeking associates for their finish department to join their team. You will be part of the production team supporting. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, attention to details and be able to work alone or as part of a team which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Finish Department / Production Worker
Location: Monticello, IN
Pay Range: $15 - $18 BOE
What’s the Job?
Read blueprints
Assemble metal parts
Use a variety of hand tools
Operate drill or punch presses or riveting machines
Be a leader on projects if needed
What’s Needed?
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos
Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees
Use tools: tape measure, screwdriver, wrench, file, grinder, drill, rivet gun
Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide
Ability to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend and lift/move 50 pounds
