Seasonal/Temporary work from 2/1/2025 - 11/30/2025
Workers will spread poultry litter to fertilize farm land, build and repair fences, manage and working cattle, operating trucks and tractors to cut and bail hay, minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles. General farm labor such as cleaning the shop, shop yard, housing and house yard as well as keeping fields free of debris. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties. Drug tests may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers\' compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. All work and safety rules must be followed.
In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a SWA is in any way a party
