Aston Carter Order Entry Specialist in Montgomery, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. As an Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing numerous customer service functions for specific assigned customers efficiently, resulting in excellent customer service.

You will achieve level-specific expectations of productivity and accuracy while performing the following job functions:

  • Answer inbound calls – no sales calls or cold calling.

  • Provide pre and post-sales assistance.

  • Answer questions about products.

  • Enter orders for sample swatches, quotes, new orders, etc.

  • Provide status updates and order tracking.

  • Troubleshoot using available guides.

  • Enter orders for parts, repairs, and remakes.

  • Issue credits.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in customer service or order entry is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
