In this dynamic position, you will spearhead and coordinate credit management projects on both regional and global scales, striving for an optimal balance between credit risk and opportunities. Your contribution will be instrumental in securing our financial goals.

Core Responsibilities

Championing a high-performance, customer-centric culture within the AR department, you will play an essential role in ensuring daily transactional tasks are completed promptly. Your responsibility extends to supporting the Team Lead in handling ad-hoc tasks, contributing to the seamless operation of the department.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Credit limit review & financial analysis in combination with administration of securities (i.e. bank guarantee, letter of credit, other internally accepted trade credit collaterals)

Maintain and enhance our Credit Simulation Models

Administer credit mitigation procedure on high exposure customers together with Business and Treasury.

Operating as a Team Operational Expert and ensuring the aging and risk exposures of Regional Markets are meeting the goals

Co-driving compliance of company policies and procedures

Take initiative to provide the service through understanding of customer needs and values.

The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations; Monterrey, Prague and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years.

Our AR team ensure support of the entire America region.

Do you have what it takes?

Demonstrated working experience from Finance function and preferably experience in International Credit Management.

Experience of working and driving a highly collaborative environment in a global setting, promoting coherence and the end-to-end perspective.

You possess substantial business and market knowledge, with experience at both operational and tactical levels.

Ability to effectively communicate medium-term priorities and solutions to leadership.

Be robust and resilient, with the ability to adapt to changes, maintaining a proactive approach and a can-do demeanor.

Analytical instinct well balanced with business acumen.

Proven ability to build trust and credibility with assigned business areas or other key partners.

Microsoft Office at experienced level as well as SAP knowledge
