The Headlines :
In the role of Brewing Material Agronomist working in various home based locations you will be part of the procurement team. You will develop and manage relationships with our suppliers, or in our case in the beer industry, our barley growers.
This position reports to Regional Manager of our barley program and works closely with our barley growers and fellow Molson Coors Agronomists.
The Responsibilities :
This position provides barley production guidance to MillerCoors barley growers through consultation to achieve a high level of malt barely quality.
A brewing material agronomist for MillerCoors will contribute as needed to elevator operation as well as manage and execute independent projects for our materials team.
This position spends a significant amount of time outside the office, traveling locally to visit growers.
The Other Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in agricultural science or business, or 5 years of practical field experience in agronomy or a related field is required.
Strong technical knowledge in applied agronomy as well as demonstrated skills in common Microsoft software.
You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
