Product Stewardship Specialist, Senior - JR2419645
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Product Stewardship Specialist, you will work as a member of the product stewardship team with multiple functions to ensure safe handling of PPG products by customers. You will report to the Product Stewardship Manager, USCA Data & Reporting Team and you will provide product regulatory compliance support and deliver excellent service to all PPG businesses.

Key Responsibilities * Evaluate products for compliance against various government regulations and customer requirements. * Respond to customer product stewardship requests with a customer-centric approach. * Effectively share information and provide guidance to a wide variety of PPG functions including technical, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing/operations. * Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to develop, integrate, and support processes to manage product stewardship requirements. * Identify and inspire change as needed with a focus on process development and improvements. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time and priorities in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in EHS field, chemistry, engineering, or related science, with relevant experience or advanced degree in EHS field, chemistry, engineering, or related science. * Well-organized with good record-keeping and document management skills. * Knowledge of IMDS, SAP, volatile organic compound (VOC) regulations, consumer product regulations and dangerous goods regulations is a plus. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
