An Auto Detailer is responsible for cleaning and restoring vehicles to a pristine condition, both inside and out. They often work in car dealerships, auto repair shops, car wash businesses, or as part of a mobile detailing service.

Job Title: Auto Detailer

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Exterior Detailing:

   • Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to achieve a high shine.
   • Clean tires, wheels, and rims using specialized products.
   • Remove dirt, grime, tar, and other exterior contaminants.
   • Apply protective finishes such as sealants or ceramic coatings.

2. Interior Detailing:

   • Vacuum carpets, seats, and floor mats.
   • Clean upholstery, leather, or fabric surfaces using appropriate products.
   • Wipe down and polish dashboards, door panels, and consoles.
   • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces for clarity.

3. Specialized Cleaning:

   • Remove stains, odors, and spills using advanced cleaning techniques.
   • Shampoo carpets and seats as needed.
   • Perform minor touch-ups, like paint correction or scratch removal.

4. Maintenance Tasks:

   • Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings to management.
   • Keep tools and detailing equipment clean and in good condition.
   • Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs.

5. Customer Service:

   • Interact with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
   • Provide recommendations for additional services or maintenance.
