We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team in Monroe, New Jersey. The role is within the non-profit industry and provides an opportunity for long term contract employment. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining financial compliance, handling complaints, and processing receivables.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the process of grants receivable, ensuring adherence to set regulations and standards

• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently, taking appropriate actions to address the issues raised

• Maintain a comprehensive and accurate record of accounts receivables

• Regularly monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely receivables processing

• Ensure compliance with government regulations across all operations

• Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses

• Support in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure company-wide compliance

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate compliance in all aspects of operations

• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards

• Stay updated with the latest industry compliance trends and regulations.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a Compliance Analyst role or a similar position within the non-profit sector

• Strong knowledge of non-profit industry regulations and guidelines

• Proficiency in complaint handling procedures and processes

• Experience with accounts receivables systems

• Expertise in receivables processing

• Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Solid understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
