Ventower Industries Quality Administrative Assistant in Monroe, Michigan
*POSITION SUMMARY: *
As a Quality Administrative Assistant, the successful candidate will perform a wide range of tasks in support of VENTOWER quality and project deliverables. This position will be utilized to support activities necessary for optimization of all applicable workflows and includes administrative, clerical, and reporting support to all department managers as needed.
*RESPONSIBILITIES: *

Coordinates & maintains controlled document distributions, filing, maintenance, security, and retention.
·
Serves as point of contact for all employees in accessing/inquiring about controlled documents.
·
Ensures controlled documentation is managed in accordance with change control procedures.
·
Serves as point of contact for QA and Production data collection; audits for accuracy, accepts/rejects
paperwork coordinating resolution of discrepancies with appropriate staff, supervisors, & managers.
·
Organizes, maintains, and releases customer submission packages and BOLs as required.
·
Audits, accepts, and retains incoming material and part certifications requiring sign off.
·
Generates QA tracking and daily progress reports.
·
Supports tracking & reporting of Layered Process Audit findings during monthly meetings.
·
Develops load out packages per customer specifications, controls distribution, retrieval, and retention.
·
Leads coordination, submission, and closure of customer requested CAPAs and SDR/RFIs.
·
Assists quality manager with development or modification of QA forms, procedures, templates, and work instructions as related to individual projects.
·
Supports qualifications, customer audits, and QMS audits and interacts with customers/auditors as requested concerning documentation and submission reviews.
·
Supports with audit preparation as required.
*REQUIREMENTS: *
·
Strict attention to detail and high level of accuracy in time sensitive environment.
·
Experience with (PDM, PDC, FTP, other document management systems)
·
Proficient to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro software.
·
Advanced administrative and clerical skills
·
High quality written and oral communication abilities
·
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities with expediency.
