The Pack | | Line Team has a critical role in assembling a quality shed and/or | | play set kit that provides 100% customer satisfaction. | | | | This a fast paced and energetic environment. You will be handling | | various wooden structure and hardware parts and assembling them in | | boxes according to the instructions provided. | | | | Primary Responsibilities: | | | | | | | | | | | |   | | | | | | | | - Reviews pack line instructions for multiple stations up and down | | line | | - Assists Lift Truck operators with line set ups and tear downs | | - Completes Pre-Shift/start up equipment and material inspection | | - Continually monitors and culls for part material quality | | - Operates within standard operation procedures (SOPs) and Job | | Safety Analysis (JSAs) | | - Cleans and maintain work area | | - Turns off and locks out equipment when not in use | | | | | | | | | | Knowledge and Skills Requirements: | | | | | | | | - Ability to read a tape measure and follow specific work | | instructions | | - Working knowledge of mathematical functions | | - Manual dexterity required for operating machinery | | - Ability to lift to 50 pounds repetitively is required | | - Steel toed work boots | | - Must be available to work all shifts and overtime, as required | | | | | | | |   | | | | | | | | | | | | Additional Details: | | | | | | | | - Pay: $16.00-$18.00 depending on experience | | - Day Shift: Starting at 6AM M-F with overtime opportunities | | - Benefits: Effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of | | employment (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, ST/LT Disability, 401K | | and more!) | | - Additional bonus opportunities are available | |   | | | | | | | | Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to | | cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or | | responsibilities that are required of the incumbent for this job. | | Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with | | or without notice. | |
