Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical maintenance and construction projects at our underground facility. This role involves planning, developing, and implementing the site's electrical power distribution network, as well as individual control circuits for site equipment. It requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and operational

excellence.

Pay: Based on experience

Hours:

6am to 4pm and available for overtime when needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise electrical activities and manage a team of electricians and electrical technicians.
  • Develop and maintain the electrical power distribution network.
  • Design and implement control circuits for site equipment.
  • Oversee electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within an industrial environment.
  • Journeyman / Master Electrician certification and/or Electrical Engineering degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution networks, and control circuits.
  • Proven leadership abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
