All jobs begin at entry-level and depending on the desire and skill of the team member, can lead to managerial level.
Training will be provided on the job, but prior experience is a plus. All team members will start from the ground up and learn every aspect of CoffeeHouse operation. They will work closely with the rest of the staff to ensure smooth operation.
