Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Review and verify invoices to packing slips.
- Input vendor invoices in ERP system.
- Review statements and reconcile invoices to the system.
- Assist with credit card payment processing.
- Match invoices with payments.
- File documentation and maintaining vendor files.

``` - Assist sales team with preparation of proforma customer invoices. - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. - Initiate AR collection efforts by phone and email.
Other Accounting
- Maintain fixed assets through proper recording of new purchases and disposals.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash.
- Assist with annual financial audit and related documentation.
- Assist Accounting management with special projects, as requested.
- Assist with credit card expense report processing
- Assist with month-end closing by reconciling accounts and recording related GL entries.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Accounting.
- 2+ years accounting experience.
- ERP, accounting software experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
