Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Shelton, CT. The ideal candidate will have good experience in manufacturing processes, particularly in high-volume production environments. You will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for high-volume production.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve production workflows.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process improvements.

  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Provide technical support and training to production staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical devices industry.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
