Wall Firma Inc Logistics Scheduler/Order Processing Administrative Position in MONONGAHELA, Pennsylvania
Local manufacturing company seeking full time administrative personnel.
Main duties include sales order entry, scheduling freight, placing purchase orders for distributors and for e-commerce accounts, creating spreadsheets, customer service, and clerical support.
Other miscellaneous duties as required.
Individual must be competent using Word, Excel and Outlook, have excellent organizational skills, well written and oral communication skills and enjoy operating in a fast-paced, multi-task work environment.

Company hours are M-F, 8am to 5pm, with one hour unpaid lunch period. Casual office environment with casual dress code. Should have a valid driver's license, good credit history and references. Starting wage will vary, based upon experience and education.
