Job Training for Beaver County, Inc. Part Time Receptionist in Monaca, Pennsylvania

  • Answer, screen, or forward phone calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.

  • Greet customers entering the office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations or initiate appropriate referrals.

  • Register customers to participate in workshops and maintain and update registration lists.

  • Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or fax machine.

  • File and maintain records.

  • Provide information about our organization and the services provided.

  • Perform administrative support tasks such as entering informtion into various computer programs or Microsoft Office documents

  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail and messages.

  • Perform duties, such as straightening or replenishing resource materials in the lobby area.

  • Keep track of customer flow and staff member whereabouts and availability.
