Answer, screen, or forward phone calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Greet customers entering the office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations or initiate appropriate referrals.
Register customers to participate in workshops and maintain and update registration lists.
Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or fax machine.
File and maintain records.
Provide information about our organization and the services provided.
Perform administrative support tasks such as entering informtion into various computer programs or Microsoft Office documents
Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail and messages.
Perform duties, such as straightening or replenishing resource materials in the lobby area.
Keep track of customer flow and staff member whereabouts and availability.
