Aerotek HVAC Service Manager in Modesto, California
DIRECT PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITY
HVAC LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Description:
-Responsible for the financial performance of the department
-Report on department performance weekly
-Work with dispatch on schedule changes and make sure all parts are confirmed for the day’s jobs
-Review the departments financial performance against the budget, on a minimum weekly basis
-Coordinate upcoming/available jobs for scheduling to achieve budget targets
-Provide field support for technicians in a diagnostic, software related, or procedures nature
-Assist in performing and processing inventory counts
-Assist in addressing customer needs or concerns either by phone or on site with customer
